3-Ingredient Sugar Free Toffee Sauce

An indulgent and creamy sugar free toffee sauce - perfect for drizzling over pancakes, puddings or oats

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Prep, Cook time: 10 Minutes


  • 1 ½ Cups 300ml Double cream
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Lakanto Golden Sweetener


  1. Heat a non-stick pan and add the butter wait until the butter is a nut brown colour then add the cream and bring to the boil
  2. Next add the sweetener and bring back to the boil
  3. Taste. If you desire a more caramel toffee taste reduce the liquid by a third.
  4. Put into a jar or use immediately. Enjoy.
