- 125g cream
- 125g mascarpone
- 30g Lakanto Classic Monkfruit sweetener
- Place thickened cream, mascarpone, and Lakanto Classic in the stand mixer bowl. Then whip it up until stiff peak.
- 25ml Lakanto No Added Sugar Chocolate Topping
- 100g Lakanto Classic Monkfruit sweetener
- 180g Almond meal
- 50g unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 40g coconut oil
- Put all the dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl then mix in the coconut oil. Rub it with the tip of your finger until they looks like soil.
- Pipe the mascarpone cream into the dish, drizzle Lakanto chocolate topping on it, then top it up with chocolate soil.
- Garnish with edible flower, micro herbs, raspberry, Grapes (Bunny)
