Mascarpone Cream

  • 125g cream
  • 125g mascarpone 
  • 30g Lakanto Classic Monkfruit sweetener

Method:

  1. Place thickened cream, mascarpone, and Lakanto Classic in the stand mixer bowl. Then whip it up until stiff peak.

 Chocolate sauce

  • 25ml Lakanto No Added Sugar Chocolate Topping

Chocolate Soil

  • 100g Lakanto Classic Monkfruit sweetener
  • 180g Almond meal
  • 50g unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 40g coconut oil

Method:

  1. Put all the dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl then mix in the coconut oil. Rub it with the tip of your finger until they looks like soil.

To assemble:

  1. Pipe the mascarpone cream into the dish, drizzle Lakanto chocolate topping on it, then top it up with chocolate soil.
  2.  Garnish with edible flower, micro herbs, raspberry, Grapes (Bunny)
