A guilt-free solution for all your decorating needs this Christmas!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Prep

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Gelatine (15g)
  • 5 Tbsp Water (60g)
  • 4 Tbsp Stock Syrup (50g)
  • 1 Tbsp Glycerin (Vegetable) (10g)
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Copha Shortening Coconut (30g)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (5g)
  • 2 Cups Monkfruit Sweetener Classic (500g) (Blended into powder)

Method:
  1. Blend the sweetener until it is a fine powder.
  2. Mix the Gelatine with the water until dissolved.
  3. Mix all the liquids together
  4. Make a well with the Sweetener and pour the liquid in the middle
  5. Mix until the it becomes a dough like consistency, add more sweetener if too wet or water if too dry.
  6. Wrap in cling film and use as required.
