Slow Roasted Sweet Tomatoes - Good Chef Bad Chef

Ingredients: 

1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved 

1 tsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener 


Method: 

Preheat the oven to 140C. 


Halve your cherry tomatoes, and place in a bowl.

Toss with Lakanto monk fruit sweetener and pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. 


Bake for 50-60 minutes.
