HOW TO USE SOFT SERVE MIX

At Home: (Easy Blender version)

  • Recipe = 500mL Double cream + 60g Lakanto Softserve Mix or add to taste.
  • Blender Method: (basic recipe)
    • ADD INGREDIENTS - Add liquids like heavy cream first, followed by Lakanto Soft Serve Mix
    • BLEND - on high until mixture is smooth and creamy with soft peaks. (do not overblend)
    • PLACE IN FREEZER - Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container like a glass loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4-6 hours. (stir every 30minutes for best results)
    • MIX IN TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL) - Mix in any additional toppings and freeze for an extra 1-2 hours
    • SERVE - Scoop, serve and enjoy!
    • You can also create Ice Cream using Lakanto with a KitchenAid, Ice Cream Maker or Bowl and whisk 

With a Soft Serve Machine: 

  • Mix 1.5kg mix with 3.5 litres of water.
  • Stir well and add to the machine
  • 30% airation is recommended to make 6.5litres of soft serve in a gravity fed machine.
