INSTRUCTIONS USING A SOFT SERVE MACHINE
Mix 1.5kg with 3.5litres water with whisk
Use a gravity fed Soft Serve machine with 30% overflow/airation
Serve, keeping chilled in the soft serve machine for up to 72 hrs
Yield: 1.5kg +3.5ltrs +30% airation = 6.5 litres of soft serve from each 1.5kg bag.
