Lakanto’s No-Risk 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is simple.  Any customer not completely satisfied with the product will receive a full product refund. To claim a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of product.

When will I receive my Refund?

Refund Requests are processed daily by Lakanto.  Just remember that your bank may not be quite as quick as we are :)  Give them 2-5 business days to catch themselves up to speed.

Lakanto is not responsible for the following:

• Undeliverable products due to customer providing incorrect address information.
• Packages not delivered by an assumed delivery date.
