When will I receive my order?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders will ship 2-3 business day after you order. *NOTE: Please allow an additional 2-4 business days of processing time during restocks, new releases and special promotions.

How do I track my order?
We will send you an email update with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If your item still hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, please contact our customer service team at wellbeing@lakanto.com.au/.
How much is shipping?
The delivery cost for purchases below $75 is a flat rate of $10 per order. Purchases above $75 have free shipping within Australia.
Does LAKANTO Australia ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally outside of Australia at this moment. For New Zealand purchases, please check our New Zealand website at lakanto.co.nz.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Should there be any issue with your order (i.e. damaged products or wrongly supplied products) please contact us at wellbeing@lakanto.com.au with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
We will contact you if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order (i.e. out of stock). We will offer to cancel your order and issue a refund should this occur.
