ABOUT THE PRODUCT 

• TASTES just like regular Vanilla Soft Serve but with approximately 15g less sugar per 100ml cup.
• SOFT SERVE VANILLA | Lakanto Soft serve replaces the added sugar with our Lakanto Classic Monkfruit sweetener to dramatically cut the sugar, and let adults and children enjoy that delicious treat without the sugar spikes.

INSTRUCTIONS USING A SOFT SERVE MACHINE

• Mix 1.5kg with 3.5litres water with whisk
  
• Use a gravity fed Soft Serve machine with 30% overflow/aeration
• Serve, keeping chilled in the soft serve machine for up to 72 hrs 

• Yield: 1.5kg +3.5ltrs +30% aeration = 6.5 litres of soft serve from each 1.5kg bag.

• Try Lakanto chocolate and caramel toppings to keep it low sugar.
• Keep the offer gluten free by serving with cup or Gluten free cone
